Seriously the best waitress ever!!! Her name is Holly and I kid you not you could NOT ASK FOR A BETTER WAITRESS. Her kindness... and personality is AMAZING! Just spent 10 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge my wife and I. We don't go to Chili's often but have in the past. Don't... go here, head over to any of the other locations. Bartender too busy flirting to help and they wouldn't seat anyone because oflack of help. Read more
I just moved to Fort O, and needed food cus I dont own any yet. I ordered Chilis through DoorDash, and waited. Turned out my... driver stole my food, and I had to wait longer, but Chilis helped me through the hassle. They ended up getting me my food in atimely manner, worked with me diligently with the issue, and even gave me a complimentary slice of cake for the issue with anote apologizing for the issue, even though it was an issue caused by a second party.
