No matter what state I have experienced this restaurant in the service is pretty consistent and that is wonderful! Even in... cities where customer service is horrible everywhere else, it is always good at this restaurant. My only wish is that they wouldplan better for traffic when they set up locations. By now every one of these understands there's going to be an extremely longline at inconvenient times of days. They need to have a better system though it has improved from the beginning. Read more

The line was long which is fine we had a mobile order to pick up when we finally got up to the window doorway told the lady it... was a mobile order she asked what the name was I told her she turned around grabbed it handed it to me I said thank you verymuch she turned around and walked off and never said anything to me never smiled nothing. I think customer service is one of themost important things when dealing with customers and Chick-fil-A is always been known for extremely friendly service that's whyI would rather wait in the long line, spend a little bit more,because they're always nice,polite, really sweet people, maybethis lady was just having a bad day. My family and I love Chick-fil-A, but at this location we seem to always have some kind of issue. We've ordered 1 or 2 meals... and they pull you around to park . I understand if you have a large order but 2 meals? That's ridiculous! We also have an issuewith them charging the card on our account to pay, when we've clearly stated that we our paying cash. This happens over and overat this location. It's upsetting, they need to communicate better and up their customer service. All I've ever gotten is an "oh,it went through on the card." Fast and efficient as usual????????Even though it?s near my home, it?s still my favorite location. Staff recognize familiar... customers and are respectful to all. It was actually my first bad experience with this store. Everything is usually done in a timely and professional manner, we were... hungry after an early morning game and decided to eat here. We got the food and the chicken sandwiches mine grilled and mywife's was a spicy regular sandwich. We got the food and was disappointed. We pulled over in the parking lot as usual and atebecause it is usually just that fresh, this time we were disappointed not even fresh fries..... not good at all. Unbelieveably busy! Drive thru double lines were backed up to the street in spite of employees going from car to car taking... orders. The staff, however did a good job of keeping things moving. I rated them 3 stars because the food was mediocre atbest. The waffle fries were hot but were NOT cooked long enough. They were mostly white and quite soft with no crunch at all. Normally a great place, but the last couple of times I've gone have been a train wreck. Just went. Was charged almost $50 and... didn't even leave with any food b/c my order was so jacked up. It was just simpler to get a refund. They were very polite aboutthe whole thing thankfully. I think this might be my sign to stop eating at fast food places. Read more
