This place was hopping. I think there may have been some soccer thing at Camp Jordan. Staff was busy in drive so I went inside... where there was a decent line as well. Staff was courteous and quick. Food was good. Only missed thing was I had to go back tothe counter to get the mayo for my sandwich and a fork for the Mac&Cheese I ordered. She apologized but it was completelyunderstandable with the volume of business they were doing. But this is a place that is almost always got lines in the drivethru as you pass by. Read more
My filet sucked (looks like a chicken strip on a sandwich) and I think it?s cruel to make these kids just stand out here in the... heat all day when it doesn?t really make the line move any faster? I don?t care if it adds a couple of min for me to order via aspeaker. Read more
By far the worst Chick-fil-A I?ve ever been to. I typically only go to Chick-fil-A for fast food, but it?s becoming a no for me... because of this location. They are so SLOW and something is always going wrong in the drive thru. Not sure if hat lack oftraining or management. It?s always a cluster. Once it even took so long I had to drive off to avoid being late, and I hadalready paid. This was after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru. Please manage this place better! Read more
Usually chickfila has amazing service but this location is absolutely abysmal. We asked to have 2 extra buns (typically 50 cents... each) added to our order and the employee wanted to charge us for a full sandwich. He mumbled the entire time even after we saidwe couldn't hear him. One of the items from the order was completely missing. Missing a spoon which should be standard for icecream. As always Chic-fil-A shines brightly and goes above and beyond! We were given several gift cards which allowed for specific food... items, however, we weren't sure if they would take more than one at a time. They let us use one for each family member! Also,when we got our food brought out, they left and we discovered we were short one sandwich. The manager saw me walking up, heasked how he could help, I told him, immediately he went and grabbed another sandwich, apologized and said thank you. You have to love the grilled chicken club and waffle fries! The fries were not as hot as they usually are, but the taste was... still pretty good and it didn't overshadow all the other times I've had consistently great food from the Chick-fil-A locationsI've visited over the years. Chick-fil-A continues to be the top fast food place in my opinion. No matter where you go in the country the quality of food and... the staff are always friendly. We have either lived or driven through Georgia, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Maryland and they areall great! The only opportunity we experienced this time was the staff failed to inform us that our food had been ready andwaiting for an unknown length of time over to the opposite side of the restaurant. Stopped while traveling through to Florida. Only thing they didn't listen went I asked for BBQ sauce. Instead, I got a sauce... I've never heard of before, had to go back and get the BBQ sauce. Read more
