Always my favorite fast food because of the great service and very fast moving lines even when the lines are long!

My husband just came home after getting an order for our family and one order of large fries and 2 sandwiches were missing.
Doesnt have mac n cheese. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me no pickles . Took nearly 10 mins to get a cup of... pickles. Which only had 2 pickles in it. By then my food was cold. Read more
I really don't like this location. It's really hard to get your drink refilled. They make a strong effort not to make eye... contact with you to avoid getting the refill. For a company that emphasizes customer satisfaction, this location sucks! Read more
I had an offer for a free chicken sandwich if I filled out survey. I did, gave an unpopular review and got no response.
The food is decent and is about the same price if not cheaper than most of the standard meals at the other restaurants in the... mall, so there?s that to consider. I don?t really care about their stance on anything because it doesn?t change their service orfood quality. Everything is pretty standard here very basic tasty food, customer service is average. It's the mall food court. Not the greatest atmosphere. For some reason, they were behind on orders and it took about 10 minutes... to get a order of nuggets and tea. I'm not sure if that's normal at this location. Read more
