This is now the second time in a row that chickfila has left food out of my order and left people in my family without... breakfast, not only that but the taste has been horrible for awhile now and it takes well over 30 mins to get my food in thedrive thru every time! The first time I called when they left out food they told me they would give me the items (yes multiple)back in my app I waited a week and they never showed so I had to call again, now today they have once again told me they willsend the food to the app but I'm not holding my breath this time. Update: I mistakenly ordered on the app for this location (I travel to Chattanooga for work) it took 15 min in the drive thru to... get my order. They do not have workers outside or delivering food to cars for breakfast or lunch times. The managementdefinitely needs to be changed. So this is based solely on their parking. This was my 2nd catering order for the day from thislocation and breakfast was so smooth. I went to pick up my lunch catering order and the entire parking lot had orange conesblocking the parking spaces with the exception of two for pick up orders. So I did what any person with common sense would do, Ipulled to the side of a curb. There was no where else to park. I go inside and wait on my food for about 10 min (there were 5-6other people waiting for door dash or pick up orders). I go take the food outside to put in the car and a worker comes to bringmy 3 gallons of tea and she makes a passive aggressive comment ?yeah your blocking? and chuckles. I mention that there was nowhere else to park and she asks if there were two cars in the pick up spots. I replied yes, which is why I parked here butsomeone moved while I was inside. I really don?t understand how a business as busy as chick fil a and in this area thinks it?sok to have only two parking spots. Do not recommend for pick up orders. Read more

Order is always exact. Food is fresh and tasty. Manager is not the greatest. Was yelling at me for holding up the line when... there were two cars in front of me blocking the exit. Wasn?t aware I could jump over cars? The other employees were killing itand definitely don?t get paid enough at this location. Read more
We stopped here after a 10 hour drive to pick up dinner before heading to our hotel for the night. It was 8:40 on a Friday night... and it was the worst service I?ve ever experienced at any Chick Fil A. We ordered our food and waited in line, when we got tothe window they asked our name and asked us to pull to the side because our order wasn?t ready. After waiting there for 10minutes I got out to see what was going on because every other car was getting their food and driving off. The lady that wasoutside the window delivering food was very kind and apologetic but the woman standing in the window handing food out (I?mpretty sure she was the manager) was incredibly rude. When I asked what was taking so long she ignored me and just turned aroundand left the other employee to explain the situation. She kept looking back out of the window at me but never once acknowledgedor gave me an explanation. As the manager it is your job to ensure that your business is running smoothly.. she couldn?t evenoffer a simple apology. I was just trying to get my food quickly and get my 2 tired kids to the hotel but somehow sat in thedrive thru for 25 minutes. The food was good but the managers attitude was disappointing. I don?t know why this place has such bad reviews on Yelp, the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! My family of seven... came through the drive-thru around an hour before they closed, with a full line, and still got us in and out in under fifteenminutes for all of us. Everyone was super polite, and I was so excited to see that the young man taking our order had a speechimpediment just like myself. That kind of personal, yet professional, atmosphere is exactly why I?ve rarely met a Chick-fil-Athat I didn?t like. Great job to all the staff working at this Chick-fil-A!!! Read more
I just ordered food and got it delivered to me, I pulled the top off and it wasn?t even full, and I know they can fill it much... more but they didn?t even try. Ordered from a different Chick-fil-A earlier today, and they had our drinks full full, they needto do better. Read more
The chicken here is a truly amazing. But the thing that makes this so special is the people that work here. I forgot my wallet,... and the elderly gentleman behind the counter comped my meal. This place is known for its Christian charity, but it was trulywonderful to experience that. Read more
