Went through the drive-thru and the speaker was on very low volume. I asked her to repeat it and told her I could not hear her.... The sound didn't change and I had to repeat the order over and over. I got to the drive-up to pick up my food the cashier toldme their speaker was messed up. Then when I got home with the three orders I placed all three were wrong. Read more

I doubt very much that I will ever even have the desire to come here!!! Inconsistencies in prices in advertising information... and in the check, dirty, greasy floor and in general I was not satisfied as a client who was hungry. After that, I had to goeat at a restaurant across from Korean BBQ. Read more

Don't say you close at 10 if you really close at 8. This place is poorly managed. Big time. Edit: I appreciate the response.... I'll return within a week or 2 around the same time to see if any changes have been made and hopefully then I can improve myrating. As an aside, I expect if you'd pay your employees a fair wage, they'd want to work. Read more

It took us 45 min to get our food from the drive-through. I don?t understand how that is possible? Each car had to spend like... 8-10 min at the window waiting for their food. I?m a pretty patient person, but that doesn?t make any sense at all. We likeCaptain D?s but I don?t think I?ll be returning because that?s ridiculous. Read more

2 words...BLACK MOLD This establishment needs to shut down and do a deep clean. Floors greasy and slippery, flies, condiment... station very sticky you can tell it hasn't been cleaned regularly. I have a pic of the mold in the vents. Where can I upload it? Read more

Ordered 10 piece FISH family meal, received 5 pieces of chicken and the other 5 pieces of fish were the smallest pieces of fish... I've ever received from Captain D's. I was the only one in the drive thru so I know it wasn't a mistake just laziness. Drivethru lady was rushing and rude as well, Spent almost 30$ for the family meal, will not be coming back to this location! Read more

The food was very good. The hospitality was gladly welcomed. I came in around 2 pm on a Wednesday. I didn't even have to study... the menu. I just told the server what I wanted and she pointed out the combo that I needed. And it even had a discount. Mostplaces after lunch hours don't have discounted prices. But they had 5 all day specials that day, She even brought my plate to mytable. That was unexpected surprise. I know I personally thanked her for her service. But I have to give a warm thank you to theones I didn't see. Like the cook for that's making the tasty meals, the people that are cleaning and keeping things shiny andcleaned like new. Certainly beat the competition. I'll definitely eat here again. Read more

OMG what a pathetic experience and excuse for a restaurant. The cashier was a bit challenged, the cook was screaming vulgarity ... at him so loud the entire eating area could hear yet he couldn't get orders right. and the girl, perhaps the mgr couldn't careless. people waiting to place order, no one at counter, pathetic. Couldn't even eat the chicken. Read more
