It?s a burger place that would be described by me as a step above steak N Shake but not quiet a gourmet experience worth the... price. Coming from Miami Fl, paying $78 for 3 burgers is common but this place just didn?t cut the mustard. The TN burger was alittle dry and I order some fondu cheese at $5.00 an ounce (the most unbelievable thing I?ve ever done) that was truly a mistakeI?ll never make again. Our burgers were huge & super tasty ???? they were priced very reasonably too. I tried the Republic Burger but everything else... Looks great too. Despite some negative reviews I visited here while in town on business. I ordered the pepperoni cheese curds and TN Dog. Service... was fast and friendly at the bar. The cheese curds were perfectly fried, crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Thepepperonis were perfectly crisp and tasty. The TN dog was amazing, garnished with honey crisp bacon and garlic aioli. Homemadechips were also perfect. Next time I will actually try the burger. BTW I would come back just for the cheese curds. Came backand ordered the 96 burger. Still 5 stars and perfectly cooked medium. Ordered the cheese curds again and still amazing. BTW boththings I ordered had bacon and it was not burned as some reviews claim. The glaze in blackened but the bacon inside inside isPERFECT and crisp.
