Hispanic manager picks syrup or something off the floor puts it in my bag and proceeds to hand my order out the window she did... it real slick like but I caught it I told her I didn?t want it and she issued my refund but let?s be realistic here food andeverything else is way to high to be getting bad service and triflin actions being done I was already surprised how high Frenchtoast went up and she does that get it together this was done 11/19/22 at 6:40am run them cameras cuz that was crazy of her I?mwriting this review while in the parking lot of BK I wasn?t gone waste no time Read more
They are so slow and they completely said forget it and didn't give me any of the fries I ordered. Also, they seemed to be... training a new guy at the window. He is a black guy and was frustrated and rude..and his nails are long and filthy! I feltdisgusted grabbing my bag from him. Read more
Dot is one of the most prudish, ill-mannered people I have ever met. I went through the drive through with a very simple order.... She was irritable and easily frustrated. When I pulled up, she told me my total, and it was twice the amount that is wassupposed to be. I told her it wasn't suppose to be that much. She ran my card anyways, and when I addressed her about it, sheleft the window stand leaving me sitting there. I heard her speaking to her coworker, belittling him for whatever reason.Overall, an Oger of a person. I genuinely don't know how a company can keep someone like this on staff. The lady that took our order at the drive thru is extremely rude and yelling at us on 8/6/20 at 1:10 pm. We didn't even finished... our order we drove off after being talk to so rude. Read more
The staff was amazing but the lobby needed to be cleaned better but the overall experience was great.
I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Worst place I?ve ever eaten at. Wouldn?t recommend. You?re better off licking the... bottom of your shoes. The old cashier that works here needs to be fired, definition of an old hag. Read more
Dining room was a hot mess, the manager yelled at the girl taking orders to stop while me and 3 other people were still waiting... to have ours taken,then they locked us in the dining room to keep people from coming in it was 1 of the craziest things I'veseen from a restaurant in awhile. Also saw 3 different people come up with something wrong with there order. Read more
Look yall workers lazy. They let 10 cars pile up telling each person at the speaker to hold on. And then they don't take their... order until the person ahead pays n gets their food. Read more
