They should shut it down based off the customer experience alone!!!! I sat in that line just to get to the mic and they would... not speak no matter how much we said HELLO. No "hold please", "One moment", nothing. I pulled forward and asked for what Iwanted just for them to say I had to go back in the line and couldn't order at the window. I let the manager know none of heremployees responded at the ordering mic and she only cared that they were busy. Guess what??? Most fast food restaurants areBUSY. All it took was two words, "Hold Please". She still stood there acting like she doesn't deserve a managerial positionrepeating how busy they were. I'll never go back if this is the one in Cleveland .we were there before my mom's funeral didn't have much time. Lady would not... listen to our orders was a smart aleck,hateful person!!! Our orders were wrong 3 different times and over charged and refused togive us the difference we were owed ... Horrible place do not suggest going there !!!! Read more
I ordery food and when I opened my drink to share with my son it was A ROACH UNDERSTAND MY TOP INSIDE MY DRINK!!!! AND I ordered... my food delivery so they put the drink tops on in store not being clean putting tops with dead bugs on it on PEOPLE DRINKS!!! Read more
I checked Google maps and seen that Burger King drive-thru opens at 6a.m. but the very rude manager standing out back told me... they don't open until 7a.m. and I can go check the sign. I just wanted a biscuit. Read more
I don't know where to begin. This is the worst fast food place in the city. Half the time at night they don't answer the drive... thru. Its a dysfunctional high school and everyone seems to be on drugs. Workers'friends are always there slowing down the line.Tonight I was told to stop far before the order window so a worker could talk to her friend at the drive thru. Then as I left aworker had their car parked in the drive thru with lights off. Finally he appeared, walked slowly to his car and left so thecars behind him could leave as well. Are there manages? An owner? The orders are rarely correct and rarely warm. Never go here.It should be shutdown. Read more
