Was there at 10 am. Ordered 2 for $4 crossants and a chicken biscuit with small iced coffee through drive thru. Got to window... ,paid and was handed coffee but directed to.park in front and someone would bring food out. 11 minutes later a guy came out.Handed me my bag and walked away never saying a word. I opened bag to start handing my boys their sandwhich and 1 crossant wasmissing. I walked in with the bag and explained to lady behind counter I was missing a sandwhich. At this point she walked awayand the guy walked up from behind me and said whats the problem. I said im missing a sandwhich. He goes no ma am. You got 1 and1 I said sir i ordered 2 and 1. He goes if you want another crossant you have to pay. I said ok. So do i give you thedifference.he goes no. You pay full price.i said but she made the mistake. Its 2 for $4. I ordered the deal.he goes if you wantanother you need to order and pay.i said I did that.she messed up. He goes did you not comprehend your total you paid.i said yesi did but if you get jjust1 its almost the same price so no I did not pay attention to the change portion and she did not giveme a receipt. I was trying to get 2 burgers and 1 fry at this location, today 07/29/2022 at 9:38pm (approximately). Because it was raining it... was hard to hear and when I opened the window the water got inside my car. I drove to the window trying to get my order;explaining why I wasn't able to use the speaker systems, and someone (I'm assuming was the supervisor) didn't want to take myorder, asking me to drive again to the speaker or get inside the store (it was pouring) and even though I explained to him aboutthe rain (he saw the rain) he denied to take my order and threated to call the police if I didn't move. They forget that I'm thecustomer, and they are there to serve; without the customer, they would not have a job; but the worst was the threat. Read more
We usually get food at this location that is ok but the service is terrible. You never know what day they will be accepting cash... or a card until you've sat there for who knows how long before you get to the intercom. Last night however, I had the worstexperience yet. I got there a full hour before closing thinking that might be enough time before closing to get somethingdecent. I waited in line forever. It was taking so long before we even moved an inch that 2 cars decided to leave and gosomewhere else. I finally get my turn and order a very simple burger and fries. When I get to the window to pay it's already10:30 and she tells me my total and I was very taken aback when she says 19 dollars and some change. I tell her no and she asksme what I ordered. I tell her and she says 5.99. Then when she brings me my food she tells me they didn't have any fries left soI only got a small fry instead of the medium so she gave me onion rings. She says they were getting ready to close and weren'tcoming anything else. I tried to give them back and told her I didn't like onion rings. She asked if I wanted nuggets. Ireluctantly reply yeah and she hangs me 4 shriveled nuggets. I get hungry mustard and leave. I was there a full hour beforeclosing and they weren't fixing more food and there were many cars behind me. What did they do for those people? I a only thesecond car in line this entire time. They didn't fix food at all the entire hour before closing. They just give people whateverthey have left over without saying anything at the intercom how they aren't allergic to any of it and that they like it. Thesides were so old and hard you couldn't chew them and were a choking hazard. The burger was old and dry and tastes likestraight up propane. It was disgusting and all went into the trash. Worst Burger King in Chattanooga. Went through the drive thru last Friday at 10pm (drive thru open till 11pm) sat at the speaker... for 10 minutes not to get a response. I then pulled forward to be glared at by some lady sweeping. Went back to the same BurgerKing today. Lobby said it was open for dine in but the door were locked. Went to the drive-thru only to be greeted by ?hold on?after 5 minutes I get a ?go ahead?. I order two big kings large and a original chicken sandwich meal large. I received two cokesand a unsweet tea. I was supposed to receive two Dr peppers and a sweet tea. My two bacon kings didn?t come with bacon. Thedrive thru lady was very unpleasant and unprofessional when I told her she gave me a unsweet tea. My fries were supposed to belarge but all three barely made one large fry not to mention they were cold. The manager isn?t really of use either since no oneever answers the phone. This is the worst fast food restaurant in tennessee. They can't even take my money when I offer them a gift card with a balance... on it. If they did take my money they would most likely mess the food up and if they were to get it right you'd wait at least 15minutes in the drive thru for it. Go anywhere but here. Read more
