Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and was asked to wait. After 16 minutes, I went in for a refund. A banshee screeched from the... kitchen, "IT'S HERE IN MY HAND! BE DAMN PATIENT!" In astonishment I went back to my car and waited another 6 minutes ( for atotal of 22 minutes). A young man came out and swung a bag of food at me with the words, "Here ya go." That was it. ALL of myfood was cold and stale. I thought I was waiting for chicken to cook. Why was it given to me old and cold? Why do employeesbelieve it's fine to scream at customers? Why is NO courtesy given to your patrons? I will never patronize another Bojanglesanywhere in the world. Read more
The hours posted are 5 am to 10 pm. I arrived at 5:25 in the drive through and was ignored. I pulled forward to the window,... where a rude employee yelled at me that I was screwing up their time and that they weren?t open. If their hours are changedthey need to post it. Read more
Cold chicken, tough chicken, not cooked chicken. This place has it.... the fries are horrible everytime I come through. You can... literally swish the sugar in your mouth when you drink the sweet tea. ???? Read more
Food was good, but the front end person doesn't listen well. Missed that we told her we wanted sides of Cajun Filet, she wanted... to know what sides we wanted. Decided to make a visit to the Highway 58 Bojangles location and was a good experience. The exterior of the restaurant was... extremely clean and looks brand new however the inside was a little bit dirty and my biscuit was not completely cooked. My biscuit was cold, cheese unmelted, & bo rounds stale & tasted OLD! Very disappointing after working a 12hr shift.
