Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and was asked to wait. After 16 minutes, I went in for a refund. A banshee screeched from the... kitchen, "IT'S HERE IN MY HAND! BE DAMN PATIENT!" In astonishment I went back to my car and waited another 6 minutes ( for atotal of 22 minutes). A young man came out and swung a bag of food at me with the words, "Here ya go." That was it. ALL of myfood was cold and stale. I thought I was waiting for chicken to cook. Why was it given to me old and cold? Why do employeesbelieve it's fine to scream at customers? The hours posted are 5 am to 10 pm. I arrived at 5:25 in the drive through and was ignored. I pulled forward to the window,... where a rude employee yelled at me that I was screwing up their time and that they weren?t open. If their hours are changedthey need to post it. Read more
