Sausage over cooked and dry every time I come here. Biscuit hard and dried out. Old fries mixed with fresh fries is just a mess.... The drink machine was filthy and all drinks were flat. I spent 30 dollars on a mess. Never again I will be going to east ridgewhich is out of my way but at least my biscuits will be fluffy and eggs fresh. Yal hot to do better. When there's no rush ofcustomers clean the tables off and wash down that drink machine. I wanted a bucket of soapy water so I could get that diningarea clean. I guess being a housekeeper for over 16 years I just have expectations when I'm out at other establishments. Don'tget me wrong the one star was for the friendly cashier. Read more
This Bojangles' is the only one that has the worst service and quality of food EVER!!! It's obvious no one cares about anything.... It's always more workers than business. But you always have to wait,for hard biscuit's are dry chicken. I only stopped today forthe 2 for 4 ham biscuits..Dry dry dry. I will not return???????????????? Read more
Went here today around 6:00pm. Wanted the 2pc with rice and beans. No beans and a 20 min wait on rice...instead I ordered the... chicken sandwich blt and fries. Before leaving the window I tasted a fry, COLD. I ordered fresh fries and got them...DIDNT KNOWI NEEDED TO TEST THE SANDWICH TOO?? Chicken hard and bacon burnt....now I'm trying to call to complain and they won't answer thephone. No worries, I'm calling corporate in the morning. This is the slowest fast food restaurant on this planet. The drive thru line wasn't moving. There only 2 people inside so I... parked and went inside. It still took 28 minutes to get a chicken biscuit to-go. Employees standing around looking like theydon't know what to do. Food is great! Service is poor. Read more
Waited for 15 min in the drive thru for the worse chicken sandwich I have ever had. The piece of chicken was tiny and over... cooked. Looked like a chicken wing. And the bread was stale. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, and then my pregnant wife bit into a very raw chicken tender after we had left. Didn't have... time to go back and let them know. I understand they're short-staffed, but serving raw chicken is unsafe and unacceptable. Read more
