It's 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and this Bojangles will not answer their phone. I had a large order I wanted to schedule for next... week but now I'll have to go somewhere else. The lobby appears to be closed and the doors are locked although there is a linearound the building in the Drive-Thru. I've literally watched no less than seven people walk up to the door only to find thatit's locked. Would it be too much trouble to put a sign on the door or maybe update your information on Google so that peopledon't waste their time? Makes no sense why no one would answer the phone after calling four times. It's obvious that someone isin the building working. It also makes no sense why their lobby would be closed on a Saturday, their busiest day. You've guyshave got to do better than this! Hardee's is no longer your next door competition so here's your chance to stand out and make aname for yourself in the breakfast biscuit market which is pretty strong in the south. Read more
Bojangles in East Brainerd have the best food customer service in Chattanooga. I say this because every time (2x). I have been... they have went out their way to provide great quality service. Even though I have been twice and have not seen the same facetwice and they still provided great quality service says a lot about Bojangles in East Brainerd. I went to Bojangles today to get dinner. There was no one in drive thru. I pull up and wait for approx 4 minutes, I finally say... "Hello", the voice on the other end said, "Hey, we're swamped with Grub Hub & Door Dash orders, it's going to be a minute." Iasked if he was going to taje my order to which he says, "What do you want?" At that time, I decided to spend my moneyelsewhere. If my patronage is not appreciated then my coins aren't either. My only issue is the ability to serve my own tea at the drink station. For whatever reason they keep the tea behind the counter... and you have to wait to get a refill. Not that I?m above waiting but I?m usually in a hurry and it?s supposed to be fast food!Convenience, get in get out. I find myself going next door for a biscuit I don?t like but a tea cup i can fill myself. Read more
Went to Bojangles tonight around 8:45. We ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit and a chicken sandwich combo. Pulled up to window paid... for food and waited for another 20 minutes. The young man in the kitchen mopping and when he came to the window asked what weordered. The screens were down, so no food had been made. We finally got our food with mgr upsizing a fry. We get home and itwas the wrong chicken sandwich. Could not even eat this food. We understand shortage of staff but this should not reflect on thefood served. And the fries were cold. Check your meal before you leave. They ask you ehat type of sides and dipping sauce you would like and they never give it to... you! I ordered a 5pc supreme combo. Never got my drink, also never got my dipping sauce (honey mustard), and also they didnteven put gravy on my mash potatoes with gravy! Horrible service as well.
