Worst customer service in ages. Arrived 3 minutes before opening and happened to catch the person walking in. As it is the 4th... of July I wasn't sure it would open at all so I asked her, "Excuse me, is Baskin Robbins opening today?" She responded with themost contemptuous, "At 11 o'clock" sneer I've experienced in years. I waited 12 minutes until almost 1110 and entered shortlyafter a couple who each got some icecream. The employee left the room seconds after I entered, returning once briefly to shutoff the drive thru alarm and yell them to wait a bit before vanishing into the back again. I left ten minutes after enteringthe store without the employee acknowledging my existence, other than the previously mentioned rudeness. Never got to orderthe $25 worth of cookies and icecream I intended to buy. Instead I drove down the street to the supermarket. Will definitelythink twice before ever returning to this store... or any Baskin Robbins in the future. Read more
The worst bathroom in chattanooga. Walks, flirts and toilet have not need cleaned on probably a year! Nasty is the word. None of... the kids could go in - so horrible it was. Read more
I know that the one in East Ridge closes at 10 but if this one is going to close at 10 also then it needs to be changed on... Google as well because I was just visiting this location not that long ago and it was open at 11 PM! I was really reallydisappointed how they handled the situation and how rude his tone was with be. Love the ice cream, great service.
I was very excited about coming in for the first time, but I left very disgusted. I have never had such a bad food experience in... my life. The green haired employee was making my shake and she spilled it and then raked it off the counter and poured it backinto the blender!! She was going to try to serve the contaminated ice cream!! A manager stood there and watched the whole time!!She would not even wash out the other blender!!! I walked out and left without a shake because I feared about getting Covid! Read more
I saw someone dealing drugs there by the counter. My favorite flavor of ice cream is the icing on the cake ice cream it makes me... really full but it is good. I reccomend this place to anyone who likes generic flavors of ice cream. I wish they had supermanflavor like they had at this place in Florida. Read more
The staff was very friendly and helpful they even offered samples of different ice cream to my daughter because she couldn't... decide ????, patio seating was very well lit and the music was nice and kid friendly. We will definitely be back for more icecream ???????? Read more
