Lady was very rude never coming back here again.
Worst customer service was there 7/9/22 320pm & the girl was very rude and had an attitude. When I tried asking for a topping... she rolled her eyes and started hitting the counter as if telling me to hurry. I worked in fast food and understand if acustomer was rude but I?m always nice to workers so this was uncalled for. Read more
I gave this a 1 because my ice cream was in a cup and edible. My daughter ordered the Bubble Tea. It was horrible. She took 1... sip and said awful. The woman working it had ear buds in and turned and walked off. I tried it. The caramel tasting with blackbubbles was not mixed, was lukewarm and had fruit bubbles. We could not return as she walked away. We just threw away 6 bucks onone sip. Terrible service and terrible quality. If you don't have a product do not mix products and rip off customers. Horrible- doesn?t satisfy customers. They gave me a milkshake that tasted like water and did nothing when I told them so TWICE.... Waste of my time and money. ???? I suggest just getting Chick-fil-A ice cream. Read more
I was in the neighborhood and had the taste for a waffle cone and two scoops of rainbow sherbet. Delicious!!
I mean, it's Baskin-Robbins. What can we really say? The ice cream was cold and delicious. They have a minimum purchase on... debit/credit cards, which is highly annoying, so keep that in mind. Read more
