Lady was very rude never coming back here again.
Worst customer service was there 7/9/22 320pm & the girl was very rude and had an attitude. When I tried asking for a topping... she rolled her eyes and started hitting the counter as if telling me to hurry. I worked in fast food and understand if acustomer was rude but I?m always nice to workers so this was uncalled for. Read more
I gave this a 1 because my ice cream was in a cup and edible. My daughter ordered the Bubble Tea. It was horrible. She took 1... sip and said awful. The woman working it had ear buds in and turned and walked off. I tried it. The caramel tasting with blackbubbles was not mixed, was lukewarm and had fruit bubbles. We could not return as she walked away. We just threw away 6 bucks onone sip. Terrible service and terrible quality. If you don't have a product do not mix products and rip off customers.
