Pretzels were hard as a rock, didn't even get what I ordered, and the girl running the stand was more busy talking with the boys... surrounding the stand than actually doing her job. Had to throw everything away because it was nasty. Wont buy again. Read more
This location is horrible, the older mid age man working there hates his job it seems, never have fresh pretzels, you ask to... have one made fresh, he looks at you like I asked him to jump from the building, I bought nuggets other day even thought Iwanted pretzels which obviously wasn?t ready and said will be 15 min, so I asked if the pretzels bites (nuggets) were fresh andhe goes yes just came out of the oven so I bought that instead and when I went to eat it, it tasted like they have been sittingthere for good few hours, cold and chewy, I took it back to him let him know this were cold, he said well it?s not in thewarmer anymore so it would be cold, like what ? I usually enjoy auntie Anne?s pretzels at other location like in Hamilton mall,Atlanta malls, they always have warm fresh food. But not here, save your money and go to Hamilton mall... Read more
Love Auntie Anne's, the reason i didn't give them a five is because we were waiting for our pretzels at a table near by and the... man working there kept taking his hat of and running his fingers threw his hair and tben put bis hat back on. He must have doneit 3 or more times. Not good to do around food, especially cause people can see him doing it and it's not very sanitary. Read more
Tried getting a pretzel today at 10 after 12. No pretzels ready, only a couple cups of the "bites" that did not look fresh.... Employee sitting on her phone and acted like I was interrupting when I asked for a #1. Was told that she would have to make thepretzels and it would be a 7-10 min wait. There wasn't even any dough sitting out, not to mention I didn't have the time towait, so I asked if the bites were fresh and she said yes. So I ordered an #2 which she could not for the life of her figure outhow to ring up. Asked her why there wouldn't be pretzels ready that time of day and she said that was usual because it was slow.I didn't buy that for a min. Finally was able to pay and got to the car to find the pretzel bites I got tasted like they hadbeen sitting or from yesterday. Soggy and the butter tasted crummy. This employee didn't care and had a poor attitude as well asbeing dressed like she just rolled out of bed. Bad news for the franchise, too bad. Placed an online order for mini pretzel dog bucket an hour and a half before they closed, paid no issues. Went to go pick it up... 20min later, drive all the way there park and go into the mall. Ask for my pickup and worker responding with ?I?m not makingyour order, I threw all my dough out already.? He makes no effort for a solution just an excuse and sits there. i then proceeded to ask for a receipt after a minute of him mumbling about if I ordered it 5 minutes before I?d have it. Read more
