We Jacky came from Atlanta and found the perfect shelter in Alimentary cucina. This was my $25 chicken and noodles. The chicken itself looked good but was mediocre at best. The actual chicken breast was... bland and the breading and cheese was eh. The noodles were a complete disgrace. Absolutely flavorless and borderline inedible ,no salt/butter literally nothing. And the tomato ???? barely ripe. The kids Mac and cheese was reasonably priced and wasn’tKraft so there is that but it was also severely lacking in flavor. ??????????? Saturday night fairly busy but no wait. Hostess and server very helpful and attentive, so high marks for service. Big variety... of beer (tap and bottle) at $5. Large selection of flatbreads (basically pizza) which made a great appetizer, we also orderedthe calamari, both were excellent. Several in my party ordered the chicken dish which came with plain spaghetti noodles as aside, (no seasoning, no cheese) a big miss. No-one ate theirs. I and several others ordered the lasagna, which came as a tallcylinder, see picture, good flavor. No salad was included, so $20 for lasagna and $11 for a Caesar salad, $31 total for thepasta dish. Started with a charcuterie with stone ground mustard, marcona almonds, orange marmalade, manchego, stilton, and... fontina. Following that, a perfectly texture calamari with a saffron aioli that was hard to surpass. For entries, a seared MapleLeaf Farms duck breast, ember roasted, in a bed of sweet potato risotte, and a perfect maple-fig agrodolce. And lastly, an 1855Top Sirloin, garlic buttered fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a pepperoni demi glace. The meal was superb, the staffwere exceptional. Highly recommended Read more

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Everything we had was delicious. The flavors are bold and bright, the... meat is cooked to perfection, and the charcuterie board is amazing! Food was really good. Calamari was an excellent appetizer. We had steak and pasta and both were excellent. Only reason I did... not give 5 stars was because they had nothing to make a garden salad in the kitchen. Seemed odd but the rest of the food wasgood. Read more

Alimentari is conveniently located in the Westin's lobby and you are able to charge to your room. The service was also very... friendly. These were the only top points; unfortunately, the meal itself lacked and did not meet expectations. We shared thecheese board which was not thoughtfully created - a plate of random cheeses (not a diverse selection: parmesan, blue cheese, andanother hard cheese) and fruits. The scallops beared a slight freezer taste. Our entree, chicken parmesan, was mostdisappointing. The sauce tasted jarred, noodles overcooked, and chicken was not crispy. The food would have been more acceptableif the price lower. If you are looking for a convenient, overpriced meal while hotel guests watch as you try to enjoy a meal,this is your pick. Read more
