I enjoyed my visit, the ambiance is lovely. However, I don't care to sit at a bar with bartenders who aren't personable. And the... white male bartender never offered my friend and I a drink menu, never asked if we wanted to order anything! More than 20minutes we were there before finally asking if we could order. An hour later, two black male bartenders come out and they werethe nicest staff people imaginable. This is a problem. The menu, I guess because of the time of day (3:30/4pm est), was smalland basic. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The service is accurate and done with purpose, even with a large group. Most of the... appetizers were great, and a few were phenomenal. Everything was very well plated, and with few exceptions in the proportionsthat you'd expect in fine dining. Some dishes bursted with flavors, while a few of them felt.. robbed somehow. Like flavor wasan adversary or a touch of the contemporary was something to avoid. That was the exception though, not the rule. I'll almostsurely return. Read more

Didn't have time to write a proper review after dinner but I knew I had to come back and leave one. To begin with, the staff was... an absolute treasure. Everyone was so kinda, helpful and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations! The restaurantitself is beautiful and welcoming from the moment you enter the door. We had the shrimp and shishito peppers, the roasted porkbelly, the Bell and Evans Lemon Chicken, all of which were amazing. For dessert we had the Portuguese egg custard, and the lemonpound cake, and I cannot begin to describe how delicious it was. Finally, the drinks were all PERFECT and everything we triedmet and exceeded expectations! Chef Jesse went above and beyond on every dish from presentation to flavor and everything inbetween. I got the shrimp and grits which was a real treat. I would come back for this dish again it was that good. My wife got the... fried chicken sandwhich with truffle fries. The sandwhich was too tall to eat as a sandwich and she had to deconstruct it a bit.It was good but the fries were excellent and frankly the bread for the sandwhich really stole the show. Next time I'm here I'mgoing to see if I can get a few slices of that bread to go with the shrimp and grits! Read more

We had 5:30pm reservations and sat immediately. The server was personable and made great recommendations. The appetizer and... entree were absolutely delicious. I needed sweetener/syrup added to my mule but once it was added it was delightful. My frienddidn't like her first drink but liked her second choice. The brownie a la mode looked amazing, but it was too fudgey and Iprefer milk chocolate compared to dark. Overall, had a good experience. Will come back. Read more

Serenbe is such a fun community. The hill is a beautiful asset there. It's a stately restaurant and the food was delicious. I... had the filet and my daughter had the salmon. I wish we had saved room for dessert. Reservations definitely recommended. Read more
