Thank you so much for a wonderful stay as always. Lovely staff. Karley was our go to and she knew a ton of things about the inn.... She was the front desk; the technician fixing our TV, hot tub maintenance, etc. We were very well greeted by Ryan (the otherRyan) when we got in. As for our dinner experience - it was wonderful. We ordered everything we call "Alec special: and sure didnot disappoint. We have enjoyed our visit and will for sure consider going back at the inn (we've been there twice thus far). Read more

Went for a date night and it was such a great time. The restuarant has gorgeous views. We fortunately got to sit on the patio... and the weather was perfect. Our server Cathy was friendly, accomadating and enjoyable to be around. She made sure we hadeverything we needed. The food was fantastic. We ate off of their Thursday Date Night menu and it offered a plethora of optionsfor everyone. We had the hot mango and apple dip, chicken breat, beef medallion and the fudge ice cream sundae! My wife and I got married at The Falls Inn & Spa on July 9th, 2022 and this venue was absolutely amazing. The food, service and... location were perfect and our day truly went off without a hitch. Meg is the easiest person to work with planning a wedding andwe were able to keep things as simple as we wanted. It exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this venue to anycouple looking to get married. Read more

Found the spa by chance on a road trip. Very pleasant surprise. Staff allowed us to see di ing room etc and so on our way home... a few days later we stopped for lunch. Location was beautiful & food great. Read more

Fabulous. We just had our daughters wedding at the inn May 22/22. Just awesome. Meg and her staff are top professionals. Food,... rooms, atmosphere were just perfect. We just spent the weekend here for my son's wedding. Not only is this a beautiful place but the staff truly make it a special... place to be. Only giving it a low rating because we drove all the way there to find this sign saying we couldn't visit due to COVID-19.... Although I understand the reason for this, it would have been nice to see it online before we wasted our time. So I can notcomment on the falls themselves as we didn't see them. Read more
