If I could give 0 stars I would . They always get the order wrong even asking for your receipt to build the order while still... getting it wrong . They ask if you want sauce but never actually give it to you . The workers are very rude also, they let it beknown you?re interrupting them to hand you your food . Someone else needs to take this place over . It took me several visits tofinally leave this review . I thought it would improve but it has not . The drive to Dalton is worth it honestly . Read more
Speak loud at the counter apparently the employees can not hear you when ordering. Order 2 of the same items and received only... one but I did get extra of what I didn't order. All messed up. This was my first time using the McDonald's app and I did not receive what I ordered and was told to go on the app and fix it... when they could have just refunded my money. Not pleased at all with rudeness. Read more

Food is ok. Service is absolutely horrible. Waited 15 minutes just for fries. One guy treated us badly. Will never go back.
The kiosks were not working due to sanitary reasons. That was fine since we like the personal interaction at the counter. We had... to wait a bit since it was busy. No worries. We used our app to get the BOGO free breakfast sandwiches. Gentleman who took ourorder was very nice. We sat in the restaurant to eat our McMuffins, which were good. McDonalds is consistent about quality, andthat?s a good thing. It was a little cool inside, so we got our hoodies out of the car to be comfortable. Got a order in drive thru and got it fast but my Big Mac was a mess and falling apart and fries were under cooked. The picture... shows the mess that was under and around the burger. I still ate it for the simple fact I dont live in Chatsworth and we wasjust driving through. Won't be back. Read more
They stop serving frappe's at around 9:30 or 10 in the morning every single day for cleaning. Could cleaning not wait until... after breakfast? I tried one day to get there earlier before cleaning. I got there at 9:20 AM and nope, they were cleaning thefrappe machine. I thought it was made with a blender. Read more
