I love eating crystals makes me feel like a giant eating a quarter pounder hamburger
No greeting and took 12 minutes to get the order. The employee that took our order was never going to give us the order until a... female employee asked when you going to fill their order it has been 12 minutes. He muttered something and the female finallyprepared our order. Fries were fine, but burgers were too strong with mustard. First time to Krystal and will be my last as feltunwelcome their and burger was bad. Read more
Six or seven people working but it still took like 10 minutes to get a simple order.
Great service and good food. Staff is always friendly and the food is good and fresh.

Krystals are delicious when your burgers are fresh and your fries are hot. That doesn't always happen though. This location did... a great job. I was just passing through here, but I wish this crew worked at a location near where I live. Read more
Dinner and a show. Got the 10 for $6 add cheese. 26 minuts later they arrive without cheese. I take them back to the counter to... be corrected. They get taken apart cheese added and crammed back into the original boxes. 14 minutes later they come back, coldand unmelted cheese. Some of the cheese just crammed in the box. After the third trip to speak to a manager to ask if this isacceptable. Three people behind the counter get into a cursing fight and leave. Attached is a photo of what I got. Read more
