I had dined in many sizzler?s before, regular in a group at Van Nuys, California location. Went to Chatsworth with few senior... citizen friends. We were told they don?t have special lunch menu and we were charged $18 for a salad bar (small) which therewasn?t many varieties of food as the usual. Each time we had to ask for a plate since they were not by the bar. Quality of saladbar wasn?t good at all. Last week I was at Van Nuys sizzler. I got senior menu with a small steak, baked potato, drink, and aone time large bowl of a salad or soup for only $12.99. I Google searched & every sizzler has this senior menu except the one inChatsworth. This is misleading to people that they know a particular restaurant and their menu and they will go thererepeatedly. We definitely won?t go to this one. Read more

Service was outstandingly bad. The clam chowder was disappointing this time. Our party had to keep asking for second plate for... the salad bar we added to our order. Some of the plates came dirty. We were never offered or got a refill in any of our drinks.Restaurant closes at 9 pm on Sundays, but they stared to clean up and take food at 8.20 pm. I went here on Aug 30, 2022 for dinner, I ordered Salmon and vegetables and a lemonade. I sat there for about 20 minutes for my... food and during that time no server came by. When my food arrived the waitress did not know I ordered a drink. The salmon wasburnt and vegetables were soggy. The service non-existent (the place was almost empty). If you want to be totally ignored andserved food that was made by a five year old then this is the place for you. Read more
