Wouldn't recommend this place, been here twice now. First time the burrito fell apart on the first bite and the bottom of the... burrito was soggy, the second time I was hoping to get a better experience but the workers don't really care. They just throwyour topping onand wrap the burrito. Nothing is nicely placed and folded properly. I would drive a bit further or go to aburrito truck or stand. The workers have bad attitudes also, stop taking it out on customers and do something about your life.. Read more

This location is the worst. Not only have they screwed up my orders multiple times, refused to make more fajita at 8pm when... they close at 10pm saying its too late to make more or to get more lettuce out and each time i have tried to be patient andunderstanding about it. However, this last time I ordered 3hrs in advance only to be told at pick up that they don't have myorder and I'll have to call customer service to resolve the issue myself. I ask if they can check the confirmation code or justmake the food now as I have proof of the order/purchase and they tell me no, I'll just have to call customer service for arefund. I am so frustrated about this. I will never trust the online ordering nor will i be returning to this location everagain. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere if you actually want to get what you paid for. Read more

Asked for double chicken, kid gives me literally a quarter of a scoop more of chicken. Ask him if he?s serious and he... laughs. Tell him he can remove the extra chicken because I?m not paying for double chicken if that?s all he adding. Tells me notto worry about it and then proceeds to try and charge me for double chicken. I usually like Chipotle and restaurants typically are clean but this one was gross. We walked in and our shoes were sticking to... the floor, you?d assume maybe too much floor cleaner but the floor was dirty. The good didn?t taste as good at this locationeither. Bad experience overall. Read more

This has to be one of the worst locations I've been to. Very lazy staff and you can see why when you meet the manager. Just... seems like no one cares a bunch of hipsters just trying to do the bear minimum. Also some of the worst burrito wrappers I'veever seen. Your food doesn't even stay inside the burrito when you get home and eat it. Went in the other night at like 9:10pm(they close at 10) and they had no food left they said. No chicken, no rice, no beans etc. They claimed they were waiting forcorporate to send them more food. I think they didn't wanna make more food, so they could close up and go home as soon as thetime hit 10pm. Read more

On my most recent trip - they got both the customer infront of me and my order wrong. They tried to charge me nearly double for... what I ordered. If your total seems high, I would double check with them on what you ordered. They were kind enough to just letme through without throwing away my bowl and making a new one, which saved me lots of time. I also believe there was someone newworking at the front. Overall - kind and courteous staff. Might get your order wrong - double check before paying if you feelsomething was incorrect. Read more

I love Chipotle, however I have been to this location twice and both times has been wrong and I still have not gotten any... compensation for it. Reached out to Chipotle about this and I have not gotten any response back. I don't like to sugarcoatthings, so this might be a bit harsh. I will still go to Chipotle, but I don't think I will go to this location ever again. -03/17/22 - I ordered a bowl with the red sauce on the side through the app. I went to pick it up and didn't open it til I gothome. When I got home and opened the bag, I received the wrong order (the bag had my name, but different person's entree". Notonly that, but the sauce cup opened, and made a mess in the bag. I drove back to get my ordered, and it was remade. I also workat a restaurant, so I was very understanding of this first incident. I decided to give this location a second chance. -04/14/22 - Ordered 2 burrito bowls both with EXTRA steak and rice through the app again. First bowl, everything was correct,had the extra rice and steak I asked for. Second bowl, looked pretty disappointing. It did not have the extra steak and rice Ihad asked for. It even looked less. Was not worth the $14 i paid for. Maybe they could've ran out but I would've been fine withwaiting if they were going to make more. I ordered through an app. I understand people make mistakes, but we make mistakes sowe can learn and improve. My second time going there was a disaster. I felt like I wasted my money on my second burrito bowlthat I paid extra to get extra steak and rice. Only to get little to no steak and rice. Ordered a quesadilla and I got no cheese in the tortilla, this place is the worst, aside from there terrible customer service,... the food was cold, the place was dirty, & the order was wrong. I advise to you stay away. I also found roaches and flies in therestaurant.. ???? Read more
