Right place, right time stumbling onto this Sandwich Shop. Day 1, Wagyu Beef Slaw Jo, with super tender beef, cole slaw,... provolone, mayo on a close to East Coast Hogie Roll. Very good. Day 2, their supposed "Voted best Sandwich in America, HotBobbie with in-house roasted Butterball Turkey, corn meal stuffing, cranberry sauce, mayo on a 18" roll for $20. I ordered a Bobbie sandwich for pick-up. Upon arriving to pick it up, the girl pointed to sandwich for me to take rather than... hand it to me and didn't even a thank me. Upon arriving home and removing the wrapper, I was extremely disappointed to find thecranberry sauce had leaked all over the outside of the bread that made it soggy and messy to eat. In addition, a magnifyingglass would be required to see the extremely small portion of turkey that was in sandwich. Furthermore, this skimpy sandwichwas certainly not worth the amount charged for it. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a second try and ordered the Bobbiesandwich again and experienced the same small potion of turkey. What an AMAZING step up. It's like comparing McDonald's to Ruth Chris Steak House. Capriotti's was very good. I had the Wagyu... Cheesecake Sandwich and my wife had the Italian. The presention was Great, Spot on and Colorful. I will be going back to trysome other Sandwiches. I returned today and got the Meatball Half Sandwich. It was NOT seasoned at all, and way too messy. I really liked their signature turkey sub "The Bobbie". Its made with slow-roasted turkey topped with cranberry sauce, handmade... stuffing and mayo. The slow roasted turkey and mayo really held this sandwich together ???? the cranberry sauce and stuffingfelt like a subtle enhancement. Bread was soft and perfect. I had half size because I knew I wanted to try two sandwiches. Ithink a normal person will be satisfied with a small but will crave a medium. The capastrami is not as good too much slaw.
