Waited 15 minutes for order to be taken and another 15 minutes to get order which was wrong. Girl who took order served her off... duty coworker(who placed order after me) before people that were 3 spots ahead of me... Pathetic customer service there Read more

Yesterday I saw a sign on the front of door stating that his location was closed due to lack of staff. I wanted to take a... moment to write this review and share that me and my girlfriend only come to this location in Chatham because of how great thestaff are, despite the fact that this location is the furthest away from our home. We could simply drive or walk to the TimHortons that's two minutes away, but we opt to drive to this one almost every night because of how great the staff havebeen. One employee especially has been great. His name is Chris and he is, without a doubt, the best Tim Hortons employee Ihave ever met. This company does not deserve such an amazing and kind employee. Employee shortages are becoming increasinglymore common and while it is not always the case, it's been my experience that these shortages are caused by poor management anduncomfortable work environments. I hope that the employees at this location are being treated with respect, and that the companythoroughly and truly looks into why the shortage as this specific location is happening when I have had nothing but greatexperiences with the staff over the past year. Canadian perceptions and attitudes towards Tim Hortons is dropping rapidly,hopefully you can figure out why sooner than later. Read more

Stopped at the 674 St. Clair Chatham location while visiting from out of town on Oct 7th. To the gentleman working the drive... thru window at approx 800-900 pm, thank you for the wonderful service. You were very pleasant and kind, your exceptional workethic did not go unnoticed. We all agreed, our orders were perfectly made. My partner and I exclusively come to this Chatham location because of Chris. They are always extremely polite, go out of their... way, and is absolutely hilarious. As long as Chris works here, we?ll keep coming. Thanks for always making our tea so delicious. Read more

Love the coffee usually. Forgetting to add sugar or whatever is a common let down. The lids are never on correctly. Mine... recently popped open in my new car. Was really choked. I didn't even get an apology. I drink Timmy's everyday. Feeling a changemay be necessary. ???? Read more

Unbelievable. Ordered through Skip (yes, this is the correct address/branch) and they gave us burnt buns. All the buns were... burnt. For both buffalo chicken and the turkey bacon sandwich. why serve if these are burnt? we had to eat it because we lacktime and we're hungry but it's absolute rubbish. It wasnt the toasted kind of burn, it was the charcoal-eating-burnt-wood kindof burn. Never ordering here again. Read more
