Its almost impossible to call this location and place an order for delivery. They never pick up the phone and this has been an... issue for years. If you want to speak to an employee to ask questions or place a special order, forget about Pizza Hut inChatham. They don't care to take your order unless its online. Pure trash for customer service! Our pizza came late but the two delivery people said it was because it said that it was supposed to go to an apartment building.... That?s fair. It the pizza came in completely squished like the box was held sideways and it went cold like that so it?s nothot and it?s squished. Usually we have a great experience. Not this time though. Definitely not the quality it once was, half the time the pizza isnt even fully cooked. The fact you can't dine in here anymore... is ridiculous as well, wish I could bring my kids there like my mother did when I was young. I can only assume they will bedownsizing in the near future. Read more
I live in Windsor and always order from the Pizza Hut on Huron Line. The person that answered was extremely hard to understand.... Accent was really thick. So we were concerned after placing the order that something may have been screwed up? We were correct.So I called the same number for the Pizza Hut on Huron Line. This time Adrian answered from the Chatham location. Told him whatwas going on and he was the BEST. Totally understood me, I could understand him and he understood what had happened. He checkedmy order and there was indeed issues with the first order. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was very nice and made thesecond call a breeze. Thanks again, Adrian. Read more
Came in for fathers day and have never been more disappointed. We first came in and we?re rude from the start. Didn?t have what... we wanted. After finally ordering they told us to find a spot to sit by ourselves. The woman gave us our water, which was tapwater, with no ice. Then she proceeded to give us paper plates with our salad. No silverware or napkins, we had to ask, keep inmind these were plastic silverware. While eating, they were vacuuming the store. This was at 8:30pm when they close at 11pm.This is the worst experience I?ve had at Pizza Hut. No wonder they don?t have any business. Read more
- (new review)Editing m y previous review as i always loved Pizza hut and specially chatham pizza hut. But I don?t know what... happened to their food its taste is not same anymore. I always ask for light pizza sauce but they always put more than extrapizza sauce. Complaint to customer service and in store many times but its still the same. Customer service is also not thesame, they never greet and even don?t want to say hello! Used to be my regular pizza place. Posting picture as well forreference which include a year ago picture and right now. - (previous review about a year ago) love their customer service,food always great, they have indian taste in their food thats why i love to go their. the customer service at this location is great. Shift manager RUBY went above & beyond to help us out. I also feel the pizza... they make is much more delicious in Comparison to the other pizza places in town. Keep up the good work ! Read more
