Hands down best pizza joint I've dealt with. I've lived in Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener and many small towns before Chatham..... never had such amazing pizza coupled with such incredible service. I made the error today of ordering pizza to my home addressinstead of work address, they promptly made me another pizza and brought it to me free of charge. First and last time having a pie from here. So, we ordered 2 barbecue chicken pizzas. 1 MEDIUM, and a gluten free. I guess you... could classify the gluten free as a personal pizza, not sure what you would call it because it was tiny. The chicken is asprocessed as it gets, and the only flavor you taste, is the half bottle of barbecue sauce poured over the entire thing. From aprice point, $55 dollars! That?s insane. First time trying original guys pizza and it will not be our last! I grew up in Windsor and Windsor pizza is my absolute... favourite, and when moved out to Blenheim we?ve been looking for different pizza joints and try it out to see if I can find onewith similarities. I can?t say enough good things about Original Guys in Chatham. Fantastic food, staff and owners. I started working at Original... Guys Pizza in August of 2021 and I just left my position at the building to pursue other opportunities with my schooling. Infull honesty, it was an amazing place to work. I?ve tried just about everything on the menu and all of the food I have tried hasbeen incredible. The owners of the Chatham building are two young entrepreneurs and they are two of the nicest people I haveever met. None of the staff has any complaints about them, they work alongside the staff as team members and leaders everysingle day. Really great to work with. One of the best things about them is they understand that accidents happen, and no matterhow big or how small I have never once seen either of the two owners raise their voice, get upset, lose their temper, etc. Theywill help their staff right the wrong and move forward, they are phenomenal leaders. Not many people have seen their managerspick up a broom, a mop and bucket or other cleaning supplies when things are a mess but these guys always do. One thing I cannotstress enough is how great of a business this is, they treat their employees like gold (they work around schooling hours, otherjobs, sports, life events, and everything else with absolutely zero hassle to their employees). I myself am in school full time,completing placements and working another job. They never once hassled me about anything, if I told them I have exams coming upand need some days off their response was ?okay! Good luck on your exams!? Outright incredible people to have as an employer, ifall management was like them the world would be a much better place. They also use this level of kindness with their customers,if a customer walks in the door they are immediately greeting and serving them, asking for feedback and just overall exhibiting10/10 customer service skills.
