Please update the hours on Google! The store hours are often wrong, and the store is frequently closed for in-store dining. I want to give a 5 star review. I will order my drink and pastry on the app 5 minutes before I arrive, and my order is always... ready. The drinks and pastries are great. The service is great. The store is clean. It's one of the best Starbucks I ever beento. My only issue is the smell. It's the worse smell I ever had smelt at a food place. Which doesn't make sense because thestore is clean. I looked around and went to the bathroom. The bathrooms are extremely clean and don't smell. And the odor isn'toutside either. I have no clue where it's coming from, but it is in the store. I never had COVID, so I don't have a smellingissue. When you walk in, it reeks of a mixture of feces and chemicals. There are people sitting inside, so they seem okay withthe smell. I'm more confused than upset. An awful smell like this is usually a sign that something is wrong- and it's onlyinside the main area. If anyone else understands what I am talking about, please let me know. I'm willing to delete my reviewand give it a 5 star review if it's dealt with. I really do recommend this Starbucks. Read more

In a hurry? Want to have a good day? Then avoid this location! They block off the inside so you have to either sit in a line of... 30 cars for the drive thru or order in the mobil app. However, it's usually impossible to order in the app because theydeactivate the order ahead option and when activated they're out of multiple items consistently. This used to be a greatlocation pre covid but it's declined severely since. Read more

Upon entering, I was not greeted as is the normal Starbucks protocol. All the tables and chairs were blocking the availability... to the rest of the establishment, creating an extremely small cramped space to place an order, and blocking the restrooms. Unfortunately, no one made eye contact or took my order. So I left. Read more

Good drive through experience except the window where the drinks are served smells God-awful. All the drinks that have been... spilled onto the ground between the window and the car have soured. It smells like sewage and they really need to clean that upas it is unsanitary. Read more

Ignore all the negative comments. The staff at this location work ridiculously hard. I am a regular. Most of the staff know... me by name. Greet me by name. On the rare occasion there's ever an issue they are more than happy to fix it. They arecheerful, pleasant and accommodating all through covid-19. The comments below are absurd. Just the rudest clientele who overexpect and are so entitled. I've frequently been so impressed at how the staff have handled many situations I've witnessed. The staff deserve medals for putting up with some of these customers. Read more
