We were a party of eight popping in on a Wednesday evening without a reservation. The hostesses did their very best to... accommodate us. We had a great evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the waiter very professional and great food. We choseto share most of the appetizers and all were delicious especially the lobster roll. Thank you! Read more
My family had dinner here last evening. Our table was situated in the bar area and consisted of 9 adults. Our waiter did not... introduce himself when he first approached our table, which was a little rude considering how much he was going to make onpreset tip for our party size. Bread was lacking butter and $20 lobster quesadilla was tiny and also lacking lobster. Water wasnot refilled until we asked. Our main entrees were good, but service could have been better! Read more
It's July 18, my boy and I just left. We sat down for a while, nobody even acknowledged.us. people just walked by.. We... understand that spots are short staffed, but if you'd been us you would have left too. REPLY TO OWNER - We were sat outside bya hostess. There were a number of open tables. There were a couple of larger parties and there were a couple of couples that hadjust been seated. There were I think 3 waitresses and the hostess, several boys cleaning tables, and one additional guyserving. Our issue is not that it took time, we get that even though there weren't a ton of people there you were shortstaffed. But no one acknowledged us, like no eye contact, no like 'hey we'll be over when we can thanks for being patient.' wejust kept getting walked past. And we were there for at least 45 minutes. Disappointing. Menu looked great but food didn?t wasn?t up to description. Customer leaving as we arrived said restaurant was... too cold and he was right. Service was fine. Food was only so so. Worst meal we?ve had in two weeks. I didn?t care for the tasteof the wedge salad. My wife thought it was fine. She didn?t like her clam chowder or lobster roll.
