Rasmalai was disappointing. Lack of elaichi flavour, kesar was less intense. Nothing felt right. Jamun on the other hand was... good. Warm it for 10 seconds and it's really nice. Not too sweet and has very crunchy texture with soft innards. We also tooklamb biryani. Sorry. It was sweet. Which biryani has a sweet taste? Lamb pieces were hard, rice lacked flavor. if you are hindu, do not order from these guys. the owner brought us food once for a picnic during summer 2021, told me and... another hindu person that they put beef curry sauce in the lamb biriyani and there is a piece of beef in there... this goes toshow the unethical practices that goes on in the kitchen of this restaurant. this can be a joke to someone else but to a hinduperson this is a clear demonstration of hatred against the hindus from the ownership of the restaurant... i was told it was theowner's brother who brought us the food. so surely he was not lying... i have no personal vendetta against these guys, i don'teven know who they are to begin with... but greeted them positively knowing it is a bengali restaurant and all, and this is whati hear from the owner's own brother... at least i appreciate the truth he spoke at that time...
