To give some context, I've eaten from here about five times. Twice it was at the location and the other times was take-out. The... food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it's on point, other times you could get your wings overcooked and dry, and the sub witha cold bun. Out of 5 meals, no two have been the same. So they just need to dial in the consistency because when they get itright, it's good stuff! But one issue that has happened every time is the very long wait times for the food. When comparing toother Buffalo Bill locations, this one seems to take a very long time. For my take-out, each of them has taken over an hour toget to me for just 1 sandwich. I'm not sure what causes the inconsistencies and long wait for even small orders, but they arethings that can be addressed and i'm sure they can get on a positive groove. If I could put a quarter of a star I would, what a bunch of scammers. Placed an order with door dash, restaurant says it should... be here at 11:44-11:54. Cool, wait for order, 40 minutes later still not here then the app tells me the order has beencompleted. Completed how? Scam complete is more like it. Never again over cooked wings we?re not even edible and rest of order wrong ????????????

I used to think the new owners were just being there quirky selves but I started becoming uncomfortable when I felt bullied for... my orders. If I order 15 wings with fries it?s like he is telling me I?m not ordering enough. The food is good sometimes it?shit or Miss but the service is very rude. I?ve put up with it too much because I do enjoy the food but not anymore. If you don?twant people to order one combo then put a minimum order amount. Then to tell me the price of wings etc. It?s not my issue howmuch you pay for wings. But you just lost a dedicated customer for trying to bully me to spend more and I have before. He?snever satisfied with what I order until I?ve spent over $50 and I tip very well. After a point I get you are stressed for moneybut appreciate the people who want to buy and support not bully them to spend more money because wings and fries is too low ofan order. Just disturbing. The Owner is GREAT (kind, amicable) but the delivery guys aren't the greatest at customer service. Two in particular are rude... and are shocked when their tip reflects their attitude .The chicken wings have gotten smaller over the years . Sometimes thechicken wing/fry meal is like soup , sometimes it's like a desert. I've had the debit machine at the door not work more thanonce. Wings are always hot and yummy! Try the honey-BBQ you wont regret it Updated review 2020: Came here every week for nearly 8... months and then new workers came in. Employee clueless on counting money. Had to argue with an employee on one order becausethey didn't believe me when they put the wrong sauce. I drive back and they continue to question until finally they decide totaste and realize their wrong. I'm never one to argue, I'm always patient but then when I get home with the new replacement andits missing part of the meal and has wings the size of a thumb. Won't be back. Read more
