A 20 pack of ASSORTED timbits shouldn't be 15 honey dip and 5 random, should it? No, it shouldn't. I shouldn't have to triple... enunciate my order because each time I hear "Excuse me?" No, I don't mumble. And I don't want a "We're sorry for yourexperience. Please contact us at blah blah blah." Fix the problems! Read more
Reliable Tim's...though they're pulling menu items at various locations which is a pain. Cinnamon rolls was the latest casualty,... though they've not been the same since Restaurant Brands International took over, anyway. Read more

I had to beg for a sleeve for my coffee! I was told coffee doesn?t get a sleeve! I said it?s hot!!! And I was grudgingly given a... sleeve. No napkins offered and again had to go back to the counter to ask! Read more

Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons franchise. Went through the drive through, Tim bits looked like they have been through a... blender. 3 of the beverages we ordered wrong. If you go through the drive through make sure you triple check your order, or saveyourself the hassle and pick it up somewhere else Read more

Third time in a row having a bad experience, get the wrong food or items left out, drive home to eat realize food I paid for and... ordered was not there. Last time going to this location. Glad they get to keep my money without giving me the food I paid for.Not worth getting back in the car and driving all the way back to town. Pretty unacceptable .. and not due to lack of staff 10plus staff working at the times I?ve been there. Read more

Completely butchered our delivery order. Didn't put lid on tea correctly, wrong items sent, a breakfast sandwich that looks like... someone sat on it. Just overall not a great experience. Once the ladies who have been working there for forever left it wentdownhill quick. The big problem at this location is definitely consistency. However, the coffee and tea are usually fairly goodfor an island Tim's and at least today that was decent. Read more
