Terrible experience. First complaint no on site menu, You must go on line. Strike against. Second strike, customer service... was horrible. The young woman at the counter needs a lesson in customer service. We questioned what they had and were directedon line. So we took some time to research what they had. We placed our order, at No time were we told that what we orderedthey did not have. Our order is called our soups were not made the way we ordered and our rolls wh0000ich were to be springrolls came as imperial rolls which we did not order. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier she said they arespring rolls. Ok this is not my first time ordering Thai food, but was my first and last time at this place. I proceeded toexplain the difference and the fact we were directed on line to order, at which time she should have said Sorry we do don't havethose instead of passing off what we did not order as something else. Then she proceeded to walk away into the kitchen. Mysuggestion be more selective when hiring to be front line at your business. This kind of behavior does not belong in the foodindustry. I won't ever step foot in this establishment again, because of the behavior shown by this staff. Read more

Ordered pad tai , took 30 minutes to make. They chopped up all the noddles for some reason and it came out as one big ball of... mush . Made me feel nauseous and only took a few bites. I order both from Skip and in person, the food is so full of flavour and delicious! The staff and management are top notch too!... I am guaranteed to leave with a smile :) Example of the exemplary service. Once I received the wrong order from Skip (can happento anyone, we are all human) Not only were they apologetic and replaced my meal for free (even though I did not want them too)but included a delicious cake for dessert. Let?s the pictures explain. (The cook used too much oil that the left over liquid was mostly oil). Normally, the leftover liquid... like this should be in sauce-like form, edible at least, but this is more than 90% oil. Imagine you eat rice with this amount ofoil. Read more

No drama, consistent pricing and reasonably prepared food. Edit: Down to 1 star guys - loved their product and was greeted to a... huge metal ribbon in my meal. Sitting in top - the manager was no help in rectifying the situation so yeah... 1* for this placethat served me something that could kill me. Read more
