Beautiful building. The decor is wonderful and the vibe is welcoming, cozy and romantic. The cocktails were the best part of... this experience. The tenders are experienced and very capable. Their house-designed cocktails are well mixed and creative.Requesting a classic or an off-menu cocktail goes over well and they happily accommodate. The server was wonderful. Food camequickly and was presented very well at perfect temperatures. I guess the only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars for food wasthe richness. I had the chowder and crab cakes, but both were too rich to be able to finish. Flavor was great! But it was toomuch. The bacon jam was a bit too sweet for me and the chowder seemed maybe too reduced? Not sure, I'm far from achef! None-the-less, we will absolutely visit again. We love the vibe at this location so it's a favorite when we are inCharlottetown. Read more

Fantastic experience.. great service and very good quality food and cocktails. We had he tuna salad and the burger with a side... of fries. Both cocktails were amazing too. Nice patio outside and overall a 10/10 experience. Read more

Slightly disappointed from the prior reviews. Overall good experience, but not excellent as we thought it would be. Seated... immediately. Service was decent but waters were left empty until we asked for a refill with dessert. Menu was excellent and wefound flavors and presentation to follow that excellence. However, execution was slightly off on each item. Each of our sixcocktails were on the very sweet side. Crab cake was mostly potato and over smoked. Scallops were slightly overcooked. Carrotcake cheesecake was almost all cheesecake and seemed thin and lacking. That being said, food and service were average to aboveaverage, and we would give them another chance. Read more

We stayed for 7 nights in August 2022. The room was fabulous, the service was superb - friendly and genuine. The restaurant is... excellent - we dined there twice during our stay. The cocktails are great. Great, quirky breakfast trays. Wonderful decorthroughout. The location is also great for the busy centre of town. A really lovely place to base ourselves to explore theisland. Read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was well prepared and presented. They put extra effort into the ingredients... ensuring appropriate balance of flavour. For starters, we ordered cocktails. I had a Donnie Out ($12) and they made a customsangria ($12) for my wife. We then shared the crab cakes ($18) which were very good. The main plates included generous portionsand good nutrition. I felt full, but that I had made a good nutritional choice. My blackened salmon was accompanied by adelicious salad with a fresh strawberry and goat cheese theme ($31). My wife had the potato crusted haddock which had a lovelysauce and was served with layered baked potatoes and roasted vegetables ($27). For desert, we shared a berry sorbet which wasthe perfect finish. The restaurant is quite small, but cozy. It is not really suitable for families with young children. Thedecor is simple and circus themed (all of it crooked, if that sort of thing concerns you). They have an interesting history onthe back of the menu which goes with the theme. It has a relaxed ambience with modern background music. We considered this agood value for a three course dinner for two with drinks at $126 before tip. Read more
