I don't know about you but when I'm working I'm not sitting at the cash on my phone. It took a solid 5 minutes of me standing... there waiting (no one in line at all as the mall opened 30 minutes ago) before the barista noticed me. Even then I cleared mythroat to catch her attention and she seemed utterly suprised a customer was in front of her. I really don't like leaving poorreviews and rarely do it but as an EMPLOYEE of the mall myself I expect better standards to be held. This hasn't been the firsttime and I highly doubt it will be the last. Save yourself the poorly made drinks and service and go to the actual starbucksacross the street. Read more
I recently came to this cafe and pleasantly ordered my passion tango tall tea. I asked for no ice but still wanted it to be a... bit cold, just shaken up a bit. As I was waiting for my drink I noticed no ice being shaken into the drink and when it wasserved the cup was half full. I am undyingly displeased with the customer service at this establishment. Not worth the 5 dollarsspent. Read more
