The donuts are tasty, but you need to stop lumping all the donuts in one bin. Coconut is an allergen of many and it's extremely... off-putting to go there expecting to eat a nice chocolate donut only to find that because they were lumped together, there arecoconut pieces stuck to the other donuts. People can be severely allergic to coconut; you're looking at trouble if you continuethis. The gas delivery guy for the Petro-Can came as I was entering the coffee shop, and he needed an employee who works there to move... her car so that he could pull his truck up to fill the tanks. She found this out just after I ordered and paid for my breakfastsandwich. There are three people total working. All three of the staff dropped everything they were doing and went outside whenonly the ONE PERSON needed to move their car. I'm standing there several minutes with no one behind the counter. I was the onlyperson in the store, just waiting for someone to come back. Another customer walks in and starts waiting too. It took way toolong for someone to come back and realize that no one has even started making my sandwich. Finally one guy came back in and madeit for me. But seriously, how many people does it take to move one person's car?! The other two staff just abandoned the cashand two customers to do... what? Supervise/watch her move her vehicle? Very long wait times. I ordered a coffee and they didn?t have any coffee prepared. I was shocked, I?m never going back.

They need new staff who can take orders properly. Also need a supervisor. Every time we place order, the person start making the... very first thing we said without even listening to the complete order. Never take a complete order before hand. This is reallyannoying. Management should look into this and hire more staff who can listen properly. Read more
Wow I live from away and normally I go other places for tea/breakfast sandwiches. Pauline (manager ) this morning and last week... prepared a sandwich slightly different for my healthy eating. This is the second time there and she didn't charge extra. Youcan't do that at many places. Whole staff great! Read more
