Pretzels are always great. The staff not so much.
Terrible customer service here. Asked cashier for cinnamon sugar and she told us there was none, we saw it on the counter and... told her that was what we were looking for and she proceeded to tell us we could not have it so we stepped aside. A young boythen asked for the same thing we did and suddenly there was cinnamon sugar for his pretzel? just an overall rude experience Read more
First time coming here and the girl who took our order took our cash and then walked over and started making fresh pretzels... without washing her hands? before we could say something to her another customer came up to order and paid with cash as well andthen she continued to go back and make more pretzels, after confronting the other worker it seemed like she was annoyed to haveto wash her hands.
