Let me tell you what happened: We got at the restaurant at 7:45pm. We included our name on the waiting list. There was 2 tables... empty, but we assumed they were for reservations, all good. We sat outside, in front of the restaurant. Another couple cameafter us and sat next to us. They got called about 10min after sitting. But not us. Maybe they had a reservation, maybe theywere called back, we kept waiting outside for another 15min. I must say, it was 10 degrees celsius. A LOT OF PEOPLE leaving therestaurant. Still, no one called us. We didnt see anyone ENTERING the restaurant for 15min or so, only leaving, so we decided togo back in and ask. There wee maybe 5 empty tables when we got back in. The person looked at us and acted like he called us,grabbing menus and sitting us right away. I asked "did you forget about us?", obviously he did, but he denied. No sorry, noexplanation. The pizza was good. The appetizer was INCREDIBLY small. The meatball said it would come with foccaccia. Itactually was a small slice of pizza dough, very small. My review is based on picking up the pizza to eat at home. Thus, this review is only about the pizza. I ordered the... Stephanie. The dough was great. Light and thin with airy crust. It was perfectly cooked. The toppings were generous withoutbeing overwhelming. The pizza tasted good but I wouldn't pick the Stephanie again. It was too sweet. I also tried the BBQchicken pizza. It was really nice. It's the best pizza I had in Charlottetown. And in the top 5 I ever had. Read more

Great customer service. We were greeted by Dan with a welcoming introduction. He made sure to find us a seat even though it was... fully booked. The food is beyond delicious. We specially enjoyed the wood fire pizzas. We came here on a Friday night which wasgreat. They had live music of the singer, Mike. His music was so pleasant and professional. Our servers Meghan and Andrew wasjust excellent. That includes all the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this place. Read more
