A great lunch out for my family. Would recommend it if someone wants to get away from the tourist inflated prices in... Charlottetown. The booth was spacious and comfortable. My wife and I had the seafood chowder which was so delicious that one ofmy daughters stole most of mine. My other daughter had a burger from the kids menu which cost $8 and came with fries???? , adrink and an Oreo cookie ????. Jodie the server was amazing. We ordered the ahi tuna poke bowl and the herb & garlic linguini with scallops. The food came so fast - it must have been at our... table less than 10 minutes after we ordered. I was very impressed by that. It was all tasty and the serving size was large. Ithink the pasta was a bit too saucy - a personal preference. Overall, we had a nice experience at Papa Joe's! Read more
We were visiting PEI and stop at this restaurant for dinner one night. Great customer service and amazing food.
The service at this restaurant was amazing. The second we sat down we had water at our table & our cups never went empty. I got... the butter chicken oh wow. It was probably the most tender chicken I have EVER had ! It was such a flavourful dish & wasn?tspicy if you don?t like spicy meals. My husband got the braised beef but substituted the potatoes out with a garden salad. Themeat was sooooo tender ! For dessert I got the brownie sundae & my husband got the chocolate torte & let?s just say we werelicking the plates clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants delicious food ! Pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavour! Fast and friendly service. We ordered calamari, nice start, the beef ribs were a... favourite, perfectly tender with a mouthwatering gravy, burger was satisfying and well seasoned, and the butter chicken was verynice, accompanied by basmati rice, fragrant with cardamom. Celebrating hubby's birthday here on a Wednesday night. First thing noticed was the full house on a week night. Friendly staff... greeted us and our server was prompt (attention). Now the food. Wow! We started with drinks and a flat bread appetizer. Now weunderstand why the server said one or two..we only ordered one. Table ordered 1 liver and onions, one seafood medley (sorrydont remember proper name) and two of the crusted haddock. All excellent! Birthday boy chose Bread Pudding. Very fashionableand clean Restaurant owned for many years by a local family who actually work here. Nice folks. Nice place. Read more
