Tried to buy lobster, employee behind counter was so rude to me, I was very shocked and disappointed. I had so many questions to... ask about the sea food, top 5 rudest person I have ever had an encounter with. Highly do not recommend. You can buy lobsteranywhere on this island. Great lobster! Ordered 2 cooked jumbo lobsters which were fantastic! The attendant also provided great recommendations on how to... eat them. Unfortunate I didn?t have a hammer but the advice was sound and appreciated. Read more

Great seafood, but unfortunately, horrible customer service. Our tourist group went in to buy some fresh seafood, and as one of... the only seafood stores open early in the season, we were excited to purchase some quality local seafood from the area.Unfortunately, the two girls (one with a pixie cut, another a brunette with glasses) were extremely rude when finalizing ourpurchase. They were very blunt and their tone felt extremely cold when answering our questions. We felt like we didn't belong,and we felt a little discriminated against. Although the food was great, we did not have a good experience purchasing seafood atthis shop, and as a result, we will not be back. What a shame. Read more
Really think This place is top notch but recently purchased a can of SeaWatch New England Clam Chowder. At $5.99 for soup can... size it was expensive enough. It was a waste of money. I?ve eaten potato soup with a lot more flavour?? basically flour andpotato starch . Poured all but a couple of tastefuls down the compactor. Incredibly rude cashier when asking for a simple order of lobster. I don?t understand why she gave us the tone she did but it... completely changed our minds about spending money at this establishment.
