I have lived in Canada for 3 years and it is the first time that I feel discriminated against. We went to try to have dinner on... October 29 with my family and two friends. We arrived at the front desk to take a table for 6 people and the boy told us that wewould have to wait at least 45 minutes, which we accepted to wait. After 10 minutes the same guy tells us that if we could leavethe restaurant and that they would send us a message that the table would be ready. I told him that it was discriminatorybecause there were more people inside (two elderly people, a family of 8 members and 4 more people sitting) and it was cold towait 40 minutes The boy in a very arrogant way told me that he could call the manager and I told him: of course I want to talkto him, and I hoped I could fix the situation, but I think it was worse. He also treated me with arrogance and talking to me andhitting his hands when he talked to me telling me that he could hit someone with a tray of food and that he had to leave me andwait my turn outside. The funny thing is that the manager had already seen me where my wife and I were standing. I never saw awaiter with a tray of food, nor did we see anyone else told to wait outside. I left the place and told the manager that he wouldhear from me very soon. I think it would be important for the human rights commission to do an inspection and investigation fordiscrimination because I didn't see visible foreigners working in restaurants either. Read more
The food is always good, especially their ribs and steak. Went there for our first date and since then we have been regulars.... The ambience is just so welcoming and warm. The servers are attentive but give you your space. Highly recommended!! Read more
The staffs were great and hospitality. The ambience was also good as we only had to wait for few minutes to get the seats for 3.... The food was not as I expected, the ribs were too dry and a bit hard to eat, same with the wings. The nachos was great and bothportions were huge so it was also a great thing. Great service! It's a busy spot but the service is dead on. We had a server named Kirsten who gave us great suggestions on what... to order, right down to the desert. The food was good, reasonable portions. I'm not sure why I thought they would be largerportions here- but I was really happy that it felt like just enough without being too too stuffed. Read more
Ordered takeout with full rack of ribs and they were terrible. The slogan of fall off the bone certainly didn’t apply. The... meat was tuff and dry and you almost needed a knife to get it off the bone. Would not recommend this restaurant. Read more
