We drove out as a group to tour the East coast of Canada and this was our favourite restaurant by far! Lots of great food and... options for vegans/vegetarians in the group! The vibe of the place was fun, vinyl on shelves, good music and the staff weregood-natured and friendly! Read more

I would give this place 3 stars for the fact they have the copper bottom beers as they have been my favourite brewery on PEI so... far. The waitress was great, fast and friendly and I was always taken care of. Water refills were always there. It would havebeen a 5 stars if my food was good, but I really found my dish was very bland. I ordered the noodles, it comes with a fewveggies in it and covered in a jerk sauce. Sounds pretty decent? But it really had no flavour at all. Just a nice comfortableheat but no flavour. I would try something else on the menu if I found myself back in Charlottetown. Read more

This restaurant cannot be beat for affordability, and selection. The food is fantastic and the menu changes every two weeks. It... is divided into meat and vegetarian dishes for quick reference. As a vegetarian I love this. The staff is super friendly andhelpful. Also the beer selection is killer. Lots of island and maritime beers and ciders to try. Definitely a place to try. Read more

This was the perfect retreat on a hot June afternoon in Charlottetown. I?d read about their vinyl collection and found the... experience of leafing through albums recalled a forgotten, now nostalgic sensation of muscle memory. The bartender was very kindand tolerated my Otis Redding selections. If I had it to do again, I?d stick with the Copper Bottom Red, but go with JoanArmitrading for the music. Read more

They were kind enough to give me the onion rings I ordered (not sure why I was given fries). However, onion rings tasted very... oily. Yuck. The dumplings were really good. The chicken burger was good except it tasted very salty. Did someone just dumpsalt onto it? Lastly, the refills which came much later. My cola tasted like moldy. Not sure if it was ice cubes, glass orthe actual cola. The pictures online show well but food was substandard. I really apologize for leaving this review but I wasstruggling with my meal. Good luck to your business. Zero tip. Read more

This is a great place in Charlottetown for beer and retro music. They play real vinyl and it gives a great vibe. My main... complaint is the food- we have eaten there many times. Although the menu is creative, and reasonable priced, and looks great inphotos, it?s also quite mediocre. Almost every dish I?ve had has been way too salty. The veggie stew my wife had a few days agowas the same and the vegetable were completely undercooked. They change the menu constantly- so in one way this provides a nicevariety, but on the other, once you find something you like, it?s soon gone- frustrating. Anyway- suffice it too say you shoulddefinitely go there for the great selection of craft beers and the great music. Just don?t go expecting great food. 2/24/2022Going to give the fried pickles and nachos a go! Cheers Read more

I recently dined here as part of a table for ten. Our service was good, friendly and quick. The food took a little while, but... when it came out we were all served in close succession so I could understand why it took time for all ten! The menu was fun-Including some items you likely wouldn?t find elsewhere in Charlottetown. If I go back, I?m trying the ramen dog as I?m told itwas a highlight. We had some vegan eaters and some gluten intolerant, and this spot was really good for that. I had the ChickenSausage Biscuit, which was nice- but one of those handhelds that you can?t really take a solid bite of. It?s built high andexcessive in a burger love sort of way. It was delicious, but I had to use a fork and knife to try to get all the flavours atonce. It was nice, but I?ll try something different next time. The prices were really reasonable, and the portions were big. Wewere all too full at the end of it for sure. Getting out of there was slick, billing was easy and fast. The only downside wasthe seating for 10. It was really an 8 top with the other 2 people on the other side of a pole and sign. I likely wouldn?t bookhere for another group of that size, as they said its how the always do 10 tops. Read more
