Extremely disappointed with my experience this morning. Used to be my favourite breakfast place... but, sadly, I will not be... returning. My ?toasted? bagel was barely toasted, yet the edges were burnt. The layer of cream cheese was so thin? I told thelady that I love cream cheese and asked her politely (with a bit a humour) to add more... but in vain. Client satisfaction isclearly not a priority. I also missed being able to add my cream/milk to my coffee myself. **Yes, I am talking about theCharlottetown location. I updated comment - it was dated from a few years ago. I returned on October 8th 2022 around 1PM.Saturday. Grabbed two tubs of cream cheese - love the pumpkin spice flavour. Unfortunately, they were already out of plainbagels. Read more

The breakfast sandwiches are unreal, especially the Canadian back bacon. The prices are a bit higher (just under $7 for the... breakfast sandwich) but you are paying for quality, bagels baked fresh everyday and the eggs freshly cooked for each sandwich.It?s my go to quick breakfast spot! Read more

I am from NY and this is the closest thing I found on the island so far to the NY style bagels I am used to. I always order the... Canadian Back Bacon and Egg sandwich with mustard/mayo/butter/cheddar cheese and it is amazing. The staff is always friendly andhelpful. The prices are good for the quality of food.
