Warm lobster roll with perfectly toasted bread & lobster pan-sizzled to the right temperature with butter, lemon & garlic then... topped with chives served with a dill pickle & choice of potato chips (I got the dill)... what more can a seafood lover ask for!My order was so carefully packaged with nice thick napkins & a wet wipe and placed into a branded paper bag with handles. Thelobster roll was filled with all lobster which tasted like it was just caught & the flavor and texture was melt in your mouthgoodness! A bit steep in price however the amount of lobster in it made it less painful on the wallet. Feels like the lobstermeat was from a 1.5 pound lobster. This was such a treat. The staff was so kind to me and took the time to explain the difference between rolls. All my daughter wanted for her 10th bday was a yummy lobster roll so we headed here for the patio space with our dog. Very... tasty! Enjoyed the lobster roll/ chips/ beverage combo. Just wish there was a bit more shelter and a patio heater as we had tosit outside and temps dropped to 12-14C after the rain. Impressed with the bun (good quality grilled big sausage type bun withbutter. Can always take more lobster ???? but hey, it?s not in season in Sept and $$. Expect to pay $20 for PEI lobster rollsthis time of year, seems steep but market prices are high right now.
