Reviews for City Kitchen Restaurant in Charlottetown, PE
Delicious food and excellent service. The butter chicken nachos are to die for! Will definitely recommend this place??
Never visit this restaurant when they are busy because they are not going to serve you complete food, we pay $18 for a biryani... with no raita, I completely agree there food taste good but their service is worse. The reason they give is “we missed it, iam so sorry and we were busy”, if they are running a restaurant then 100% they will busy and you cannot use that as a reason. They want you to go back and pick up the remaining food because they don't deliver as of no car. I had to walk to theirrestaurant after a long day and I do not have a car either. Secondly, be careful because the attitude and expression of thegirl standing in front will change if you do not TIP THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE Read more
Weird assortment of food with no real theme. Website links to another restraint a few minutes away, so I believe they moved out... and this new place kept all the reviews, ad the pictures of the menu a few months ago is wildley different from now. Food wasputrid. Had to ask to order and appetizers took 30 mins to come. Tasted awful, feels like they just microwave food and serve itto you. Server didn't know what could be done to the dishes go accommodate dietary restrictions. Seems like a ghost kitchen toonly serve online deliveries. Do not recommend to anyone unless you like microwaved mush :) Read more

This place is amazing! The interior is well kept, service was good! Table spacing was appropriate! The food though was out of... this world! We ordered samosas and a lamb korma. The korma was filled to the brim! The flavors were superb, lots of spices butnot spicy by way of hotness. The Nan bread was perfectly cooked and just soaked up the dish. The lamb chunks were big andplentiful. The samosas were also stuffed to bursting with a great ratio of chicken to potato and we'll spices. All the disheshad ample servings, an order of samosas was 2 huge samosas. Prices are more than fair. If you are hungry for this type ofdish, go here and be content! But bring a bit appetite. Simply amazing! 6 of us visited including 2 kids and there wasn't an ounce of food left! The menu is a real fusion of classic... Indian, classic Chinese, and fusion. The garlic naans are to die for. We ordered chicken vindaloo HOT and it was among the bestI have ever had (and I have had hundreds over the years). See pics of the vindaloo and naan. Superb portion sizes too. Theatmosphere inside on a Monday evening was non-existant and the decor was café style rather than cozy restaurant but the foodmore than made up for that. We loved it and we can't wait to return.
