Food quantity is good.We asked for medium spicy - but got super spicy food. Waiting time is less comparatively.

We ordered 375$ food and asked for some cutlery and the girl in the front refused very rudely that we have to pay for spoons and... forks. Normally, every restaurant give cutlery with the food but the staff of this restaurant is rude. Food was extra spicy. Badexperience. No doubt their food is amazing but staff is really rude. Placed ordered on October 22, 2022 between 1:30 and 2 PM for 6 chana bhatura, paid over $100, picked up the food, got home and... when I picked up the bag it was leaking and almost every single lid on the dishes were pushed in because they were not packed ina right way. Didn?t even bother to use the separate bag for 6 meals. All the containers were at the bottom of the bag stacked oneach other and on top there was heavy bhaturas. When I called the store to let them know the issue, the girl over phone was rudeand clearly said it was my fault that I didn?t handled them in right way. I was like OKAY, NO PROBLEM and hung up the phone. Ididn?t called them to ask for any refund but very disappointed with customer service not getting the quality of service in theamount that we paid. Bad customer service. The punjabi server didn?t have any smile on her face while waiting on us, she seemed to be non interested... in serving. The basic minimum of customer service is to just have a small smile. She came and dropped the menus of in a pileand same with the plates as well. Other restaurants, the servers hand the menu & the plates to you rather than throwing the pilewith a rude face. Very disappointed with Bombay Cuisine. I been coming here very often but not anymore since the customerservice has dropped drastically. Seems like the owner doesn?t care about the reviews either as thing are still the same. Read more

Food is really good and delicious. But today we ordered fried rice but found noodles in it for free lol. We didn?t order it. Is... it that they are using the same box or don?t know what happened but it?s bit disappointing :(. Rest everything is fine. Read more

The food is fantastic! This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants on the island. Try the tandoori chicken. Update: I had... the Lamb Korma with garlic naan today for lunch. It was delightfully mild and creamy. Lamb korma again, with onion bahji andgarlic naan. So good! Read more
