Morning staff are ridiculous. I ordered a burger that was $8 and it was bland, dry and undercooked. I almost busted my @$$... walking in the door because the floor is so greasy. Read more
Ordered food through app and got my food stolen by one of the drivers, tried to call the app for a refund and was on hold for... 30mins then tried to call the restaurant twice both were unanswered. Read more
Went to this Wendy's today and it was the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I waited for 35 minutes only to... find they lost my order. Then they refused to just give me a refund(they wanted me to give them all my personal information sothey could mail me a refund?) So I asked to speak to the manager Franklin, and they told me he was busy and that I'd have towait to even speak to him. I counted 8 customers waiting on food, and I'm pretty sure they all walked out without their food ora refund. There was one guy working there that seemed to actually be trying to help everyone, all the other employees were shortand rude towards me and everyone else in the restaurant. Won't ever go to this Wendy's again... probably won't ever go to anyWendy's again after today. Read more
It seems like the staff on duty simply decided not to do their jobs. I called the restaurant while I was at the pickup window... and they said that they were closed (they weren?t). At the very least, they could have said they were closed at the pickupwindow rather than letting people waste their time. I spent 15 mins in line that I wish I could get back. Great place for a quick bite ... Besides that the burgers are made with better quality items than at most fast foods, it is nice... to be able to get a side of a baked potato instead of fries. Their specialty salads are great. Read more
