EDIT: the below review was meant for the tropical smoothie @port road, harrisonburg... i apologize, google asked me to review &... since that was my most recent visit i guess i mustve thought i was reviewing there... On a side note.. I take my daughter touva for appointments at least once a month, & always stop by to grab my usual from this tropical smoothie.. service was GREAT-the workers were eager to help & though you can't dine in, the experience was still wonderful. Thank you. I get lunch herequite often & really enjoy my experience. I order the same order 3 cheese chicken quesadilla everytime.. unfortunately this lasttime that I visited, I received a plain cheese quesdilla :( after sitting in the drive thru for 30 min.. I visit my family nearby, I live out of town, stopped off at this Tropical Smoothie on the way out, was looking for a food that... would be easy to eat on the road. I love how tightly they wrap their wraps, it was a mess-free meal while driving. The peopleare also extremely nice, and everything tasted so very good. I appreciate them and I recommend this place. Food is great; but rude, abrupt behavior must be what they look for in their counter help. I've been there twice and encountered... 2 different employees. Both mean and needlessly rude, not only to me but to all customers. I won't visit this location again. IfI'm shelling out top dollar for smoothies, I'd like to get to be treated with respect...even if they cannot manage a smile. Read more
I ordered a peanut butter banana chia smoothie. Let me tell you - this was the most watered down thing i have ever tasted. It... was really gross - had to throw it away. The icing on the cake was while I was waiting for my smoothie, a homeless person parkedtheir cart right outside the entrance and then walked right into the restroom. Other than that, the workers at this chain do notvalue cleanliness. I saw no gloves and finger licking. Super gross. I wanted to vomit after leaving. Read more

I'm glad this place exists and is nearby. I like their Baja chicken wrap and the Southwest breakfast wrap. I'm always looking... for alternatives that are quick, affordable, and fairly healthy. Tropical Smoothie is one of those options. Have found theservice to be reliable, with employees who care about the product. That's refreshing when compared to the detached, checked out,eye-glaze you often encounter at nearby fast food restaurants. And their counter signs are really amusing. Read more
First-time visit to to this location. Service was relatively fast and the food we ordered was delicious. Restaurant was clean... with just a short line. They use compostable straws which is nice. They don?t do a good job of advertising their ?plant-basedchicken substitute?, but it appears to only be mentioned on the bottom of their kids menu. I?ll try it next time.
